Shipping and Refund Policy

We process all orders within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has been shipped. We ship to the United States only. Please allow carriers up to 5-7 business days. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame (3-5 days) please email 

amanda@srsly-stitched.com and we'll take a look!

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at amanda@srsly-stitched.com Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis. We do understand that crazy situations do arise when it comes to buying and selling over the internet so don't hesitate to reach out.
